Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or change your appointment within a 48-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to make another deposit to secure another appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment your deposit will automatically be forfeited, and the deposit amount will be increased when booking again. Deposits are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment as well as your deposit.
